Upon making a booking with Sinead Marian Hair, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
A booking fee of $150 required to secure your date. This is non-refundable & non-transferable to a new date. The booking fee covers administration costs and should be seen as part of my commitment to you and your date. Due to the nature of my business it is highly unlikely I will be able to find a replacement for your date if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Bookings are not guaranteed until you have received confirmation via email and booking fee has been received. Please respond as soon as possible if you would like to lock me in for your wedding day. I do not hold dates.
There is a minimum booking requirement of 5 people on Saturday, 4pp Thursday, Friday & Sunday with a maximum of up to 8pp.
Bookings can be made up to 14 months prior to your wedding date.
If requested to stay after my scheduled time, my hourly rate is $80ph. This covers any touch-ups for the bridal party and a hairstyle change for the bride. Please let me know when booking if you require touch ups or style changes for your reception. Additional guests are charged as per my standard service rates.
Trials cost $150 then increase by $50 per additional look. They take 1.5-2 hours. Max 2 styles per booking.
Trials are scheduled on weekdays only, around my busy wedding schedule. Late appointments are available on Wednesday & Thursday’s.
Trial bookings can only be made up to 8 weeks prior to your preferred date.
If you wish to have a trial before you book me, please be mindful that I do not hold your date until the booking fee has been paid.

Deposits paid during covid times will only be refunded or transferred to a new date in the event of a lockdown, where by the wedding can not go ahead and my services can not be performed.
Prices- Timing is an essential part of my business. To ensure a smooth run on the day hairstyles are limited to 45 minute appoinments for mums & guests, 75 minutes for the bride and 60 minutes for bridesmaids. If I am required longer than this, an increment of $45 per 30 minutes will be added to the invoice on the day.
Deposits – please use name and wedding date for reference when making payment. .
All balances must be paid 14 days prior to the wedding by bank transfer.
I don’t accept individual payments. .
If there are any cancellations up to 60 days prior to the date then 50% of payment may be required.
Please do not make full payment any sooner than two months prior to the date.
If you require a blowdry pre styling this will be charged at an added cost of $50. Please notify me if you wish to add this service on as I will require extra time. Refer to my FAQ’s for hair prep advice.
